One Park Vista is located on 4th Street in the heart of Winston-Salem's vibrant downtown. Facing One Park Vista Lane, developer Kerry Avant says, "The location is second to none."

The neighborhood is alive with restaurants, nightlife, art galleries, shopping, music, performing arts, theater, summer outdoor concerts and more.

The Stevens Center for the Performing Arts is literally steps down the street. Almost every night performances are taking place on the stage - the Winston-Salem Symphony, the Piedmont Opera and the North Carolina School of the Arts all perform here.

On the first Friday of every month, the Downtown Arts District Association (DADA) hosts Gallery Hops in art galleries all around the neighborhood.

Starting in April, you can walk outside and pick up fresh produce, flowers and other goods at the Downtown Farmers' Market.

Thursday nights, from May to September, "Alive After Five" concerts fill the streets with music and fun. Friday nights, May to September, are for Jazz and Blues concerts filling the air. Every other year, the area hosts the North Carolina Black Theater Festival.

Want to take an art class? Ready to learn something new? The Sawtooth Center for Visual Arts is around the corner with classes and programs for adults and children.

For film lovers, River Run International Film Festival offers a host of exceptional films which focus on new works by independent film makers.

During the holidays you can watch the lighting of the city tree at Corpening Plaza, performances of the Nutcracker and A Christmas Carol at the Stevens Center. And One Park Vista will be at the center of it all. You can be, too.
